Return policy:
We do not accept returns for customized items; however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us with any questions or issues, and we will do our best to satisfy your concerns.

Standard: 1-3 business days

Expedited: Next business day

Please note: Customized products may take additional time for processing, depending on complexity.  We will email or text you a final mockup and will only complete your order upon your approval of the submitted design.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We do not ship internationally.

Customization options:

We will customize anything upon request.  Most listings include the ability to add customization directly to your order.

Simply contact us with your design idea, preferred materials, and any reference images.  We'll provide a mockup and pricing - we must receive your approval before we begin production.

How to care for your products:

Wood & metal engravings: Wipe with a dry cloth; avoid excessive moisture.

Fabric crafts: Hand wash or use gentle machine settings.

​

Sublimation prints: Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
