• Accepted payment methods: We accept Visa, PayPal, MasterCard, American Express

• Shipping and order processing:

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Expedited orders are processed and shipped next business day.

  • Customized orders make require additional time for processing and shipping.

  • We do not ship internationally.

4. Custom orders & personalization

We offer custom engraving, sublimation prints, and personalized wood/fabric crafts.

• Custom orders may require additional time for processing.  We will provide a mockup and pricing - we must receive your approval before we will begin production.

• All custom sales are final unless defective.

5. Returns & Refunds

No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless damaged.

If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.  We will try our best to solve any problem or issue for you.

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality craftsmanship. However, The Smoke Still Burns is not liable for:

• Minor variations in handcrafted products.

• Delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any damages resulting from improper use of our products.
